LUMBERTON — Southeastern Health has four programs scheduled this month during which a person can enjoy a free breakfast and get healthful information. All are at the Community Health Care Center at Biggs Park Mall, which is located beside the Shoe Show.
— Audiologist Dr. Sarah Mouser will present a program on Tuesday about hearing loss at 8 a.m.
— SE Health’s Jack Crain will present a program about managing stress on Thursday at 11 a.m.
— Dr. Saksith Smithason, a neurological surgeon, will present a program about hydrocephalus, on Dec. 20 at 8 a.m. Hydrocephalus is a condition in which there is an abnormal accumulation of fluid within the brain.
— The center will host nutrition bingo on Dec. 30 at 8:45 a.m.
