FAIRMONT — A Fairmont man was arrested recently and charged with selling drugs and weapons crime, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Billy Deon Brown, 27, of 604 Staford St., Fairmont, is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy, trafficking in heroin, maintaining a drug dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon, according to sheriff’s Capt. Reggle Strickland.
He was jailed under $75,000 bond at the Robeson County Detention Center. He has previous felony convictions for possession with intent to distribute narcotics for which he served eight months in prison in 2008.
