Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 16, 2009, in St. James AME Zion Church in Red Springs. Burial will follow in Alloway Cemetery in Red Springs.
Viewing is from 2-7 p.m. today at L.E. Floyd Funeral Home in Red Springs.
He was an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor; children, Vickie Glenn, Alicia Howard, Lori, Gordon and Kevin; and sisters, Leara, Margaret, Marva, Carolyn, Earlene, Mazie and Dorothy.
