The spring semester at Native American Bible College is kicking off with a Winter Revival! Services begin each night at 7 pm, from Sunday, January 10 through Friday, January 15.

Speakers represent various Assemblies of God churches in the area, and are scheduled as follows: Sunday, Rev. Fred Gibbs of Living Waters; Monday, Rev. Hedrick Jones of God’s Holy Assembly (RS); Tuesday, Rev. Garry McMillan of Maxton First; Wednesday, Evangelist David Locklear of Pembroke; Thursday, Rev. Jim Butler of Redeemed International; and Friday, Rev. Larry Lowery of Pembroke Assembly.

Music will be provided by singers from the churches represented by the speakers and/or by other local groups.

A bit of good news for new and returning students is a discount in tuition rates. The cost per credit hour has been reduced from $60.00 to $50.00. Under the new fee schedule, a two-hour course will cost $100.00 instead of $120.00; a three-hour course will cost $150.00 instead of $180.00; and the cost to attend full-time (12 or more credit hours) will be $600.00 instead of $720.00.

Although a fuller article about our new Missionaries-in-Residence, Gary and Priscilla Ross from the South Pacific area, will be featured in a future column, it will be of interest to those interested in missions that Mrs. Ross will be co-teaching the Cultural Anthropology course this spring with Mrs. Liisa Kelly, former missionary to Africa and College librarian. Mrs. Ross will also be teaching Church History II on Thursday evenings.

It’s not too late for students to enroll in the day or evening programs. Those interested may call the College at 910-843-5304 or visit the campus at 355 Albert Currie Road in Shannon.
