The two departments set up check points and rotated patrols in problem areas of town, making their presence known.
According to town officials, a plan is being implemented to help reduce violent crime and drugs in problem areas.
Town officials are grateful for the help they received from the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office and wish to thank Sheriff Sealey for supporting the RSPD in their efforts to help the citizens of Red Springs reduce crime. Many more special operations are scheduled.
